At Bobbins & Lace, we take great pride in offering a unique collection of antique and vintage quilts, each with its own history and character. Due to the nature of these quilts, we want to ensure that our return policy aligns with their distinct qualities.

All Sales Are Final

In keeping with the exceptional nature of antique quilts, all sales are considered final. We want you to fully appreciate the beauty and historical value of these quilts before making a purchase. As such, please carefully review the item’s description and images provided on our website.

Condition and Repairs

Before your quilt reaches your hands, it undergoes a thorough process of laundering and repair. We take great care to restore these treasures to the best of our ability while preserving their authenticity. However, please be aware that some quilts may still exhibit minor signs of wear, color fade, or bleed, which are inherent to their age and history.

30-Day Return Window

Although all sales are final, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you believe that there is a significant discrepancy between the received item and the description provided, please contact us at support@bobbinsandlace.com to discuss your concerns.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return within the 30-day window, the quilt must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in double poly mailer packaging.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund as expected, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@bobbinsandlace.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: 208 Main Street, Returns Department, Ordway CO 81063.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for more expensive items. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item otherwise.
